Our Return Policy

14-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PARSA purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

What We Accept

Unopened products — Full refund, no questions asked.

Opened products — If you've tried the product and it's not working for you, reach out to us. We'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or wrong items — Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Ship the product back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Lost or stolen packages — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your carrier first. Then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned orders.
